I walked in wanting to compare the sizes of storages and got great assistance from Isabell. Every question I had I got helpful answers back, was able to take my time looking at the storages, and the process to get the storage was smooth and easy! Definitely recommend this facility.

The guy in the front was falling asleep. Honestly he didn’t even care, I would’ve given less stars if it wasn’t for Michelle in the front. We needed some units for myself, wife’s business and in laws. Although she was very thorough, the man falling asleep multiple different occasions made us shy away from renting here. We understand sometimes people are tired but we found it HIGHLY unprofessional since it was not just once but multiple different visits I witnessed myself and my wife had the same experience. Would be 5 stars for Michelle’s service but 0 for the sleepy man.
