Mia is AMAZING! In a business that unfortunately deals more with people in hard situations most places have very tired fed up Employees. I've been using storage facilities for decades. As long as Mia is there I won't go anywhere else. Where she goes, I'll go. If you think Customer service is a thing of the past? Come see her at Extra Space on Mandy, her attitude and work ethic have rubbed off on everyone. I usually use storage for work but this time it was personal, during a very difficult time. Mia has been a HUGE help. She started the day before I called the first time and I didn't meet her in person until months later. Extra Space, if you don't promote her quickly, I'll steal her once I can afford her!

I came to the location on Mandy lane in Fort Worth and Suheily was the most helpful person that I’ve ever met in my life. Her customer service was amazing and she was very knowledgeable about how to handle my situation. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is interested in renting with extra space storage.
