The sign up was easy and the customer service is A+. I think I spoke with Yolanda and she was extremely quick and helpful. Just sucks that the price is jumping way up after only three months.

Yolanda gave me one of the best customer service I could ask for. She was very patient and answered all of my questions; she didn’t seem or sounded frustrated when I asked the same question multiple times and she just kept reassuring me. I did not expect her professionalism and her excitement to help me into a storage, she was not pushy, which I loved. It didn’t feel like she was trying to sell me anything. She honestly just wanted to help. considering I was feeling very, flustered and really annoyed because I have to move within one week and she completely just changed my day and made it easier for me; to book my needs. My expectations weren’t really high when flooding for a storage but she honestly made it so easy to book and walked me through it , now I understand why she has been doing this for years. She is amazing at what she does. Thank you once again Yolanda! Austin. S

I just moved to Texas and found this storage on Google. I met and spoke to the manager Yolanda and her customer service skills were amazing. She was very helpful with all the questions I had and extremely friendly. Made me feel secure even helped with extra items that I needed for all my bulky items to be stored properly. I highly recommend this storage space. Loved.

It's a storage facility. You kinda get what you expect. I had an inside unit, on the second floor. I don't think the floors have ever been swept or mopped. And avoid the stairway, it's really gross. Hand sanitizer is a must after each visit. It did take me three trys to get someone in the office to cancel my unit; Sunday they are closed, Monday at 3PM locked down, finally on Wednesday someone was there. The staff was friendly.
