I would like to Thank Andre for helping me get the information I needed. He has great customer service skills and the office was clean. He was very friendly and he even offer me was water, boxes and more. I will be back to rent from him. I would recommend this location.

Call to get a quote and the manager told the quotes on all the his units he had. I was looking for unit but not ready to rent. Told him I’ll give him a call next Friday. He had great customer service and was very polite.

Wow! When I say great customer service is not dead, you better believe it! My experience with signing up and acquiring my storage unit was easy and assuring. Andre is the manager there and he made sure that our things were protected and secured. I recommend this facility if you’re ever in need of storage. -sdavis

I came to the office and the gentleman in the office was busy handling customers. The gentleman in the office was Andre and I appreciate how he spoke to me and let me know he will be right with me. After he got done he gave me quotes on several units. He was great and he have great customer service skills. Thank you Andre.

I went to Extra Space Storage in a rush, Andre Fuller is the manager at the location I went to on South Lake Parkway and he not only had AMAZING customer service, but his service was fast he took in consideration of my time and I felt as if he cared about me as a customer.
