For the most part my experience was cool. No issues and once I got a call that my unit wasn’t locked well (my brothers fault). I appreciated that; that was real. Only real problem are the spiders and stuff. Bugs and all. I’m no regular storage renter, but the cleanliness is off. Other than that, they’re cool. Need a unit closer to my house now. Thanks for everything!

I recently rented a storage unit with Extra Space Storage off of 249 in Houston. The Facility quality is as expected. Good security and lighting. The location is perfect for me. The pricing was competitive. Candace, who runs the office, provided excellent service. She explained everything and made the process very easy.
