I needed a storage room for my daughter before school ends. I called the customer service and Taylor was awesome. She answered all my questions and completed my application easily. Dana was sooooo helpful!!! I was in dire need of placing my things in my unit. Thankfully for her, I was able to! I was very stressed out when coming here but she put an ease to my mind! I am so grateful for her! I’ve never met someone so friendly until I came across her!

Mr. Ray Carey was a HUGE help when I went to my storage unit today and needed to add on another storage unit! Mr. Carey was very helpful, polite, and pleasure to work with! He was very knowledgeable of current prices and deals that he can work for new ...and existing customers! Their whole team has been very prompt and knowledgeable every time I go and need help!
