The Manager on site is absolutely the best! I always had my questions or concerns attended to and/or resolved promptly. My only complaint is the rate increases were too frequent, but could be negotiated.

I’ve had my storage unit for almost a year now and have always had a pleasant experience with the staff and facility. On a recent visit, I unknowingly dropped my unit keys on the grounds of the facility - Ramon, the staff member on site discovered them and went above and beyond to make sure they were returned to me safely. He left a very friendly voicemail and was very kind and professional when I returned to pick up the keys from him. My experience with Ramon made me feel very trusting of the employees and security of this location. I highly recommend this location - thank you Ramon for your exceptional customer service!
