I’ve had a great experience at Extra Space in Marble Falls. The office staff is always friendly, responsive, and helpful — they made the whole leasing process quick and easy. The unit itself is very clean, secure, and well-maintained, with plenty of space and good access. This place is so friendly, efficient and helpful. I needed to move my belongings out of another storage unit for a variety of security reasons. Ron very patiently walked me through the sign up process. I could not be there for the delivery and he met the movers and ensured they had all they needed. So far, very impressed with Marla and Ron - they are competent and capable. I recommend! Update: Sept 2025- they have raised their prices substantially twice in less than 2 years! I don’t think the local people have any control over that but that is not good business practice. I’m not as high on them as I once was. This place gets you in with low prices but at about month 4, they go up( not by a small amount either!) then continues about every 4 months. The local people are friendly and try their best to help out but corporate forces the increases. It quicky became unaffordable!
