Rough experience at my storage. The Door wouldn't close and my stuff was on full display for anyone passing by. The store manager is phenomenal. She worked hard to get the situation fixed. The regional manager and corporate though, they were absolutely not helpful and they were not willing to do anything to help--i.e. move my items to another space, pay to have someone come out on emergency call, or even pay for a van or uhaul that could at least cover the open door. Her hands were tied but she kept trying and also kept me informed. I feel like if she stays, maybe this place will improve.

Staff and renting experience is top notch compared to some I've been too. The unit I'm in has brick walls so it's strong but only issue is it's kinda tight to maneuver around in some spots especially if you have a long trailer or rv. I had a 2 axle trailer it it gets pretty tight.

Great storage unit to use!!! The young lady at the front desk was so friendly and professional it says alot about the atmosphere your belongings are going to be stored at.
