I was in a tight situation trying to clean out the garage, do some spring cleaning, and also clean out a portable storage that was falling apart. I chose Extra space for a few reasons. One being how close it is to my house. On top of the short distance, Charlie the manager was extremely helpful when I called to get some pricing and details. She not only helped me over the phone but also invited me to the office to walk thru a few units so I could choose what was suitable to my needs. She was extremely helpful in every way possible to also include that she reminds me all the time when my payment is due and also goes over the payment options available. I would not rent anywhere else simply due to how great the customer service has been! Thank you sooo much for all your hard work in making sure I’m taken care of!!

Threasa and Charlie were both quite helpful and were happy to answer my many questions. Very eager to show me around the property, which was very clean. Never seen a empty storage building so clean. It was amazing and I feel positive my stuff will be secure at this location

The people there are very nice I love that its all gated up so no one can try to get to your belongings I will always do my business at this place its fast and easy with no hassle. Plus they give you insurance on all your stuff so need extra space this is the place to be every time thanks

The fastest and easiest customer service I have ever had at any business. I love when I see someone take pride in their job. Person helping me out was named Charlie. She was so nice I was so stressed from moving and she made everything so much easier even got me into a bigger unit and thank god she did because I needed the extra space! These are the kind of people that make life easier! Highly recommend! One call and I had someone making it easier calling me giving me quotes. I literally had a storage in no time!!!! :)
