I called Extra Space first and decided to book with them because the process to get a storage unit was so easy, it’s right by my house, and it’s a newer building. The instructions were clear and I even got a tour because someone was walking around. It has been a great experience so far. Update: I needed another small unit to hold some temporary items. I called Susan and told her my movers were coming in 30 minutes and she took care of me! She was awesome and the unit was ready by the time we arrived. She even checked to see if I needed anything while we were there. Thanks Susan!
