We have had multiple storage units here over the years and always have had great customer service when needed (especially from Alice)! A super clean & secure building but that’s easily accessible. We go out of our way to use this particular storage.

Nice customer service at office. Main concern is that the WiFi doors and elevators opening controls (using your smartphone) are very problematic. With the help of the storage office staff, we’ve tried everything to help with it. But, essentially, you have to go back to punching in the codes manually. Slow process!
