Great facility with easy outdoor access to many storage units. Staff was extremely helpful and worked with me on any questions. I only wish the promotional rate could have continued. I get it. Promotional rate has to end, but would have stayed there longer if they continued the promo rate, again, I understand. If I need storage services, I would definitely be back at Extra Space Storage. Good service, good people and clean units.

I have never had such great service as at Life Storage at 281 and Northwind. They are so helpful and attentive. For all the service it is also the cheapest 10 x 10 unit I've rented in years. I want to give a shout out to Nicki, who came and helped me without my asking today. She sensed I needed assistance and was there with energy and friendliness. Thanks Nicky!!! (I don't know if it's i or y so I used both.)

Very easy process. I arrived from out of town and couldn't get to office while it was open. I was able to take care of renting my unit with no issue. Super friendly staff!
