I was about to leave a negative review, but after calling the location manager they completely turned around my experience. My rate was increased by more than double the advertised rate with a month's notice. However, after calling, they were able to lower my rate so that I would not need to move to a new storage location. They were very understanding and willing to work with me immediately including looking at all available options and we were able to come to an agreement that means I was able to stay at this location. Fantastic customer service.
