We give Extra Space storage a 10/10 starting with the staff from the friendly greeting, to the helpful walk-thru to ensure the selected unit would be the right choice and the added extra tips given by the staff was extremely helpful. The storage facility is clean and secure and the climate control and lighting have been working effectively. If I had any suggestions it would be to make a bigger parking lot and add more units so that others can experience renting a storage unit from a staff that cares and is available! Thank you Mr. Morris for being the extra we needed in our community!

This place is so AWESOME!!!! The staff was so friendly and patient with me as I am disabled. She took her time. Explained everything thoroughly. Showed me the unit. I am beyond pleased to FINALLY have a climate controlled units facility our town!!!!! The process was easy and convenient. Welcome to San Marcos and I hope you build more facilities here. Will definitely recommend this place!
