As a first-time renter, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Denise went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect unit for my needs. She was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. John was also great at answering my follow-up questions. The facility is clean, feels secure, and even the lobby smells wonderful!

Solid Facility, Amazing Management. I sought a Safe / New / Clean storage solution w a competitive price. I got all those things with the 11347 Sugar Park, Sugar Land location. What I did not anticipate was the Gold Star support from Denise and John, the Store Managers. When I was ready to move out, I asked Denise if a POD could land on the premises and stay overnight. She accommodated this request, but what’s more, she sent me a visual map marked with where the POD could park, right in front of the elevator. On the day of the move I asked if I could reserve the parking spot next to it so POD could maneuver the pickup. Not only did Denise ok the request, she went to an adjacent store to borrow parking cones so she could place them on the parking spot next to my POD! (Bug eyed emoji) John was also kind and courteous every time I called the office. Overwhelmed with moving logistics, this flexibility / unsolicited kindness was a LIFESAVER. I would recommend this unit to anyone needing solid solutions and stellar property management in this area. Thanks Denise and John!
