The units we had were clean, dry, and bug free. We had temp control inside units. They got a bit pricey after price increases every few months but they were convenient. The big plus was the associates that worked there. Very helpful, patient, and accommodating. A special shout out to Kenly, at Cedar Hills location, thank you!

Just a few weeks after moving into an Extra Space Storage unit, we were hit with a price increase. It may have been a bait and switch, with ESS hoping that customers would accept the price increase rather than face the difficulty of moving their stuff out. Or maybe the price increase was a legit "supply and demand" move, but we didn't accept the price increase and moved out. Other than that, our experience was favorable with a new clean storage unit in Cedar Hills, UT. Customer beware.

Another update:Thank you to the kind person from Cedar Hills location who personally took the time to look into my account and contacted me offering me help and support. Note to self: contact the facility directly and not the corporate line. Update: looking for a new place. The price increases are not reasonable and it has become unaffordable. When I called to discuss it, the corporate customer service agent did nothing except tell when I would have to be out by and made no effort to work with me during financial hardship. Disappointing to realize how great they were to get me in but disinterested to keep a customer. They are so great to work with at the Cedar Hills location!! Very helpful and professional!
