When I started renting a unit few months ago everything was great staff was great then they changed owners and didn't say a word to to me no email to let me know and I couldn't get in the gate or the door because my code wouldn't work because of something in their system so I was trying to get in touch with them and I couldn't because their name number everything changed but I didn't know it was horrible it took them a few days to get my code right and then I was there a couple weeks ago and some lady was working in office and my friend had to go into the bathroom and she told him that it wasn't working but not only that we were sitting out back taking a break for a minute from moving some stuff in and the girl who was working there drove all the way around to the back and stared at us and just gave us a really nasty look and drove off have no idea what her problem was and I don't care but it was pretty rude it had not been a good experience since they changed owners
