Easy to set up the account, the manager was very friendly and patient when i set up the account. 1 and a half years later: no issues the entire time. Property was clean and easy to access when i removed all my stuff. No water damage or any problems at all. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs a storage unit. Very friendly throughout the closing of my account. Also: this was during the pandemic and they were attentive in their mask wearing and social distancing during all interactions i had with them.

I needed a storage unit, but wasn't sure what size I needed. When I walked into the office Riley was very helpful and listened to my dilemma. She was very willing to show me a few of the units so that I could get an idea of the space I would need. We went back to the office and took care of the computer information that was needed and I went on my way. Riley listened to and explained all the answers to questions I had : Is there a contract, can I pay monthly in cash, pest control, insurance... The office and grounds were nice and clean. The only reason I gave 4 stars is they didn't have a discount for retired military.

Riley took my payments. Could not have been better. Extremely professional. Will be a customer for a long time. I rent at another extra space. She was very happy to help and excellent customer service. Riley I think is the manager. You can pay at this location even if you have a different extra space location

Other than google maps sending me across the street, this storage place was awesome. Clean and the lock pad was there within minutes of me making my reservation. Super nice customer service also. Keep it up

Great service and great people but too expensive. my new monthly payment wen from $179 to $195 for a 10'x10' .i did find another one same size for only $63...
