This place is super clean and seems very secure. The staff were very helpful on the phone and were able to do everything virtually (no in-person exchange to secure a storage unit). They made sure everything with the fees made sense and answered all of my questions fully. The building is in a safe looking location and is very easy to get to (the one on Shawnee Rd. right off from the interstate). There are rolling carts on the premesis to help with moving too. All in all, I would recommend this place to a friend any day.

Called the customer service line, contract was written up, John from storage location and explained details, offered insurance and a lock, got to location and contract was waiting, storage unit was located as promised, pricing was reasonable, facility in clean condition, well lighted and easy access. So far, so good!!!

Moved back from the Bronx New York last week. I found this staircase facility was reasonable price and very accommodating. I went to three other facilities before finding this one. This has the right location and price. Excellent customer service highly recommend.
