Professional, helpful, courteous

Long time customer. Just moved my stuff out today after 3 years. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The reason I opted to move out was the ever changing monthly fee. It started out 3 years ago at $59 per month I believe. But after all this time they slowly raised it to over $150 a month for an indoor 5x10” unit. When I moved out I found some evidence of mice living in the building. Some of my shelves had rodent damage. Overall not a bad experience but just wanted to share my thoughts.

Ahmad is very helpful and polite took time to answer my questions and show me around the facility, always goes above and beyond to make sure the customer/Me is happy the reason I come back to this facility is his customer service even though it is more expensive I know he will make sure I’m taken care of

Ahmad was extremely helpful today. We are a small Cub Scout Pack using storage to hold most of our Pinewood Derby gear and various odds and ends. The prices have risen considerably, forcing us to make changes. I mistakenly booked a storage unit at another site down the road. Same company, wrong address. Ahmad was able to cancel that unit and find me a cheaper unit within his building right around the corner from our previous unit. He walked me through the building, finding first our old unit and then the new unit. He was gracious, courteous and kind. He answered my questions with professionalism and a smile.
