I recently became the Administrator of an ‘estate’ and as such I needed access to the storage unit. Raul, the manager of the Burke, VA, Extra Space, advised me of the steps I needed to take to have access, and has been kind, knowledgeable, and personable throughout my entire experience. The Extra Space office is clean, as are the grounds. The shed doors have all looked well-kept and uniform in color. Thank you to Raul the Manager, and also to Rachel, the Assistant Manager, for making my Extra Storage Space experience easy and pleasant.

Raul restored my faith in public storage. I had used another facility that is relatively close. Their customer service was sub par at the very best. Good to have a person like Raul who demonstrates pride in doing his job and pride in the customers he serves.

The 10x10 storage unit, as well as the local staff were great. The only reason I ended my unit is because I was only there for four months and they significantly raised my rate therefore as Extra Space Storage Company, I am only giving 3 stars.
