This might be a bit long, but I wanted to share my experience with Oliver, the manager at this location following the recent acquisition. I had an issue with my lock and couldn’t access my unit, which was incredibly frustrating. After some time, I was finally able to get in touch with Oliver, who kindly assisted me during his lunch break. He calmly drilled out the lock for me, staying professional and patient throughout even as I was clearly upset. In the end, he sincerely apologized and also issued a credit to help offset some of the costs I incurred. If you run into any issues, I highly recommend reaching out to Oliver. He’ll make sure it gets resolved.
