Makayla made this whole experience ridiculously easy. From the moment I walked in, she had everything handled clear answers, quick setup, no confusion. You can tell she actually knows what she’s doing and cares about helping people, not just rushing them through. The process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly way better than I expected from a storage place. If you go here, ask for Makayla she basically has it on lock.

I recently received a storage fee increase and was upset that I was being charged for the same unit at a higher price. However, once I spoke with the agent (Michaela)who was very insightful and helpful in assisting me with a resolve. She was patient, even though, I was not and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain to me what was happening and why. I appreciate the knowledge and understanding. As a result I will continue to rent a unit from Extra Space Storage.

Extra space storage is awesome!!! .. Especially Makayla at the Jefferson location. She was very helpful when it came to my account and has help me out more then a few times with my issues and worked around them to make sure I got taken care of and worked with me so that I could keep my storage and all my stuff.She has great customer service skills and a clear understanding of what great customer service is all about...again thank you Makayla and extra space storage !!!
