This location is clean, efficient, and obviously well maintained. Brittany is an excellent general manager, and she made the move-in process smooth and pleasant. My only complaint is that the Extra Storage App is finicky. No matter what I do, I cannot seem to connect my particular unit to my Extra Storage App account. All this means that I cannot use the company's app to manage or access my unit. It's not a huge deal, since I can just visit the office to take care any admin work. Overall, I am a very happy customer.
