Very straightforward and friendly account setup online. Went to the office the next day to retrieve keys and prepaid several months in advance. The manager Brittany was super friendly and efficient and made sure to answer all of my questions.

Brittany was cheerful and pleasant to be around. But she made a mistake and put me into a used locker which had to corrected. Another note is that there needs to be directional signs upon the corridors to where rows of lockers are located.

I have been with Life Storage now for over a Decade. As of the evening of 10/22, I am considering changing my business to another company. Tuesdayl night after work I went to Life Storage to take care of some tasks in my unit. I arrived right around 10pm, because I knew I was already Setup for 24Hour Access which I had requested. I was in my Storage for close to 2 Hours. When I went to Leave the input Pad would Not Allow me to leave the building. I tried and tried and tried. Life Storage had Locked me in. I am Very Angry about this happening to me, and I was stuck in the Garage area for close to an hour. It was Hot, Uncomfortable, and the Water Fountain didn't even work. My Anger with Life Storage Doubled and Tripled. Obviously someone changed my access Time without even asking me. No notification at All. The last manager was a woman named Cindy I believe. Since she's been gone I don't believe the location is even run correctly anymore. Cindy kept the building immaculate and now it sure doesn't seem to be kept up. That's another reason I probably will leave. I expect a Call from someone about this, and I'm just curious who made the Non-Intelligent decision to remove the previous manager. Training costs, facility upkeep and Cleaning is now something Life Storage has to worry about. I am still very Upset about this episode. I expect a call Promptly regarding this matter. Steven Simon.
