Easy to work with, convenient location. They were kind enough to reach out about discrepancies on my application and will give you the deal that works best for you. Since there are different in store and online promotions. If you apply online it does add a charge for the lock if you don’t have one so you don’t have to go get one but if you do have one they can refund the lock charge when you come in during there standard business hours and return the lock they provide.

Initial prices are good, but then you get an Admin fee, an Insurance fee, and you have to buy a lock for your unit. Suddenly the price is not so good.

I have been a client for over 7 years. Over the years, I have had the pleasure in working with Kristin. She has always been helpful and very pleasant to work with. I am upset that I have had to have my unit this long, but my circumstances makes it necessary. With that being said, I would recommend this facility anytime to anyone. Make sure you ask for Kristin.
