This is my third time coming and i never will reserve anywhere else , cindy is amazing and honest . If your looking for a real review and a trustworthy clean place this is the place !

Ashley and Cindy were extremely professional, very warm, and helped me through the rental process giving exact details and answering every question I had (even the dumb ones). Could not recommend this establishment more!

I'm writing this review on behalf of myself, but more importantly, on behalf of Bradley Stordock, who actually is the customer at Extra Space storage, located at 13015 Canyon Rd E in Puyallup, WA. I came in with Bradley, at the first of the month (April 2024) RIGHT before Cindy was about to close down the office. BUT! even though, she obviously knew we were new customers, so we were going to need more than just a few minutes of her time, she still stayed after her closing time, to ensure Bradley was accommodated. Not to mention our reservation online, I ended up putting in the wrong information, but Cindy was still able to fix, EVERYTHING (kind of an understatement). Cindy was one of the best managers I've ever dealt with, in renting storage units. She was so friendly but still professional at the same time. Brad and I could tell, she meant business, but was still very impressionable and definitely left a good first impression with him. I think Cindy deserves to have some special recognition at how well she does her job!! If I could nominate her as the most likeable, compassionate, but professional storage manager, I WOULD!! Anyone should be able to tell that she gets your needs met, while trying to find the most affordable rate she can offer someone. (Specifically, she was able to offer Bradley the online rate, which was significantly less than the normal rate for the unit he was needing, which was a particular sized unit. She only had 1 left, and she got Bradley in it, despite him not having his debit card on him right then, to be able to pay for it. He just made sure to come back in to see her first thing in the afternoon, when he had the chance.) If I could recommend any company for their storage needs, in Washington, I would recommend Extra Space, but more specifically, CINDY! She will take care of you!

Cindy Hallam was great. We have never had to rent a storage unit before and she made the process easy to understand. We had originally picked a different size unit but upon our tour of the unit, we instantly knew we needed the next size up. Cindy made it work and without any problems. I feel safe that our items will be secure and will definitely be recommending your storage facility to anyone who asks.

Ashley and Cindy are amazing! Went above & beyond & are lovely people to work with! With employees like that I will always keep my storage at Extra Space Storage!

I love this place is open till 10:00 p.m. that is so unbelievably convenient. Most storage places I've been dealing with lately closed at like 6:00 p.m. and I just never was able to make it to my storage unit. Once I figured out I needed to set up my online account in order to gain my access code. It was super simple. I love that I was able to get my unit contact free and the guy on the phone that I originally dealt with in getting my unit was super helpful and gave me lots of different options as to what I was looking for and settled on the perfect unit. Thanks so much, you guys are awesome!
