I have rented a space at ESS for 6 months. Clare at the Spokane WA Lyons St locations was very informative and pleasant to work with. She gives great reminders of due and past due notices. I have also tried to rent from a other local location, this location was difficult to get ahold of anyone to ope. The office or help during their working hours. Clare was able to contact that office manager. She stayed She was at lunch and would be 2 minuted. It was 15 to 20 minutes before anyone showed up. After signing the papers for a storage unit I was never guided to the location and was unable to locate the unit. I went back to the office and the employee had already left before I could return to explain I can't locate the unit. I left called Clare and decided to keep my unit with Clare. Thanks Clare for being so pleasant and kind to speak with. Joann

Heidi was very knowledgeable and took the time to chat about all the options available at Extra Space. Along with that, the facility was very clean, and they even have loading docks we can use, which will be super helpful in moving all my belongings off the truck.
