Surprisingly clean and felt safe even considering the amount of people who are living out of and in their units, and bathing in the bathroom. Wondering if the cameras that are seen are even paid attention to. Regardless the office staff are friendly and helpful. The rates are ridiculously high and raised often. So will probably look elsewhere next time.

Heidi was amazing! She was very thorough with the rules, the exits, where to load and unload. She made the process super easy and fun. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs to have a storage unit.

Have not moved into unit yet however process had been extremely easy. Needed to change to a larger unit and Trevor at the Division location was amazing!!! Extremely friendly and made it easy and took no time at all. Thank you.

I’m still in the process of moving things in. Heidi was great and very friendly. Here’s the thing. I got this unit for my son who’s on disability because the price was better than where he’s got his belongings now BUT after read all the reviews I’m not so sure this was the right place to rent from. My son is on disability and can’t afford for his rental fee to go up every month. My nerves are on edge after reading these reviews and I hope this isn’t the case.
