The storage unit is very close and I like where my unit is located. The front desk person was very knowledgeable and friendly. I did have trouble with figuring out how the lock worked. Another renter actually walked me through the process. I would highly recommend that you personally walk through the actual process not just explaining how the lock works when you’re renting out a unit. I was very frustrated when trying to figure it out on my own. Thankfully that renter was willing to help me out with my lock.
