The Pro’s: the storage space is clean. Access is easy. The storage area seems secure. The storage area is partially heated. The personnel is friendly and helpful. The con’s: Items stored are NOT insured unless you purchase an additional insurance that is somewhat costly. You cannot use your own lock but are obliged to purchase the ExtraSpace special lock to lock your unit. So be aware of these hidden costs. The monthly rent will increase after a certain time.
