The setup for me to use this facility went fairly smooth. The only initial comment I would like to add or suggest is implementing an app that will automatically open the entrance gate for you. This is not only a convenience, but falls in line with pandemic safety measures.

I love this place more importantly Kim is so awesome to work with she has exceptional customer service skills she actually walked me through the entire process and made it really simple. I have multiple units and the facility is always clean and it’s easy to access I would highly recommend

Marty was amazing. He was very patient with me. He showed me what exactly I needed. Marty made the appropriate suggestions. He did not try to just treat me as a sale. When I originally went on line to request a unit i received a call from Extra Space and the manager was so kind. He help me make a decision and when i was ready to secure my unit he ended up telling me about a sale which allowed me to get a larger unit. He was courteous, patient, professional and very personable. Once in the office he took me to my unit and i was so pleased. Everything was so clean and i feel that my treasured belongings will be safe at this property. So thank you Extra storage for providing me with the security pf knowing all is well.

I was amazed and very impressed, with the representative Mr.Aron. He was knowledgeable to the facility, yes the facility CLEAN, WELL LIGHTED, SMELLED WONDERFUL! MR.ARON DEFINITELY WENT THE EXTRA MILE. He got me the last reservation at another location for my car ??(STORAGE).Extra Space Storage will be my first choice and recommendations will go out to all the people I know! again thank you Mr. Aron for your kindness, patience , effort in helping me today.

First I want to say that I am a very fussy person, so if I say something is excellent, it really is. Everything about Extra Space Storage was excellent and exceeded my expectations, from the website, to the clear and friendly call on the phone that came 5 minutes later, to the willingness to stay open 30 extra minutes to handle my business, to the friendly, expert, clear and thorough service at the office, to the pricing, to the cleanliness of facility, to the security, to the thoughtful design of the operation, to the ease of using the facility, to the on-screen contract signing, to the ease of declining insurance...anything else? haha Trust me, this is a great place to store your property!
