For posted hours the office is technically open, however, keep in mind the store register cashes out about 30minutes prior. We had a storage unit to pick up here and were unable to pay after 530pm because we were notified the drawers cash out at that time and the remaining 30 minutes the associates are cleaning up/wrapping other things up. If you need anything financial to take care of that requires you to be in person would recommend to keep this in mind. I spoke with Heather and she was informative and professional. Thanks Heather
