Each month at Extra Space Storage, we recognize employees who go above and beyond in caring for our customers with our Customer Care Award. We’re happy to announce Ricky Corado as the July 2021 recipient.

Corado, a Store Manager in Venice, CA, was selected as a Customer Care Award recipient for his willingness to go out of his way to make customers’ moving experiences easier. As customers walk through his doors with their individual stories and stresses, Ricky creates personable relationships with each of them and helps relieve some of the pressures that come along with life transitions. “Extra Space Storage is the best storage facility I have ever used! I truly only have positive things to say about their company. Ricky, in particular, who was there the day I moved my things in, was attentive and thoughtful. When he noticed that I didn’t have a cover for my mattress, he went down to the office, got one for me, and even helped me put it on. Now in regards to the facility; it’s clean, completely secure, and provides moving materials such as boxes, tape, locks, and covers for anything that one may be concerned could get dirty. They also have a bathroom on site, which is convenient if you’re spending many hours moving in or out. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage if you’re looking for a place to keep your things, whether short or long term. Oh, and an additional bonus, the first month is FREE! Again, I can’t say enough great things about this storage company. I hope everyone has just as great of an experience as I did!​​​​​​​”
