Each month at Extra Space Storage, we recognize employees who go above and beyond in caring for our customers with our Customer Care Award. We’re happy to announce Christopher English and William Brooks as the February 2024 recipients.

Christopher English, District Team Lead

District Team Lead Chris English exemplifies remarkable composure and a level head in high-stress and challenging situations. He remains steadfastly committed to resolving issues by working closely with our customers. His dedication to our customer-centric approach is evident as he prioritizes solutions and thoroughly addresses each customer’s concerns.

“My parents misplaced some of their valuables, and everyone assumed the items had been taken from the unit. I was not initially very friendly when confronting Chris about the situation. However, he not only stayed calm and diffused the situation, but also looked through hours of video footage for us and called me directly with updates. Eventually, the valuables were found (in the unit). I felt bad about wasting Chris’s time, but he took it with a grain of salt. He is an exceptional leader.”

William Brooks, Inbound Sales Representative

Sales Representative William Brooks demonstrates a steadfast commitment to providing excellent customer service, as illustrated by the feedback of many satisfied customers. Whether they are new to storage or long-time customers, William handles each call with a level of care and professionalism that leaves a lasting impression. His approach not only meets but often exceeds customer expectations, setting a standard for others to follow.
