Storage Express recently acquired Mt. Tabor Storage at 614 Mt Tabor Rd in New Albany, IN, a city of 45,000 people across the river from Downtown Louisville, KY. The 370-unit self storage facility marks the company’s fourth location in New Albany.

Hunter Sells of SkyView Advisors represented both buyer and seller in this transaction, which closed within 30 days of going under contract. This deal represented Hunter’s first closing at SkyView.
