We had a couple of units at Public Storage where (a) the prices were exorbitant; (b) the carts were locked up and only available if the staff was around to unlock them; (c) you had to buy/use a specific Public Storage round lock that cannot be used ANYWHERE else, and (d) you are not given credit for moving out early in the month if you'd paid for the entire month. Rip-off. The date we signed the agreement, we were assured that the property was run professionally, and that night, returned to a party on the premises. As heinous as moving is- we had to leave. We found Extra Space Storage to be the polar opposite of Public Storage. Great prices; available carts; freedom with locks; excellent staff. And, closer to our home!

This place is great! Clean, well lit, music piped in and free parking! The prices are good. The staff is great! They are friendly helpful, know their business and I have never had a problem of any kind. If you need short or long term storage-this is the place to go. Did I mention they have several locations too?

I needed to get into my space, but the office was closed on Sundays, and I had only made my reservation on Sat. night. I called the 888 number, and was relieved when Tiffany (I think her name) said she would call the on sight manager for me because I was in dire need of moving my stuff out asap. I was mortified! She was polite, and went out of her way to help me, and refer me to Jules, the on sight manager. I came down on ten minutes notice, and met Jules, who came in on her day off! She had a great attitude, and kind words. She was extremely helpful, and took care of everything with a smile! It was the only thing that made my life easier at the time, and I was having a horrible day! I don't know what I'd do without those ladies! Thanks!

This Facility is excellent. Loction for me is perfect but more so the accsessability to the facility. Easy, convienient, parking stalls located close to elevator doors. Clean, bright secure complex. Flatbeds readily available. The process of becoming a customer and renting the unit was very quick and easy. Pleasant, polite sfaff a refreshing change.

The facility was spotless, and the employees were friendly and professional. The security seemed to be great. I wasn't thrilled with parts of the neighborhood I had to drive through to get to it, but solved that problem by taking a bit longer route on the freeway. I would use this facility in the future.
