Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, electric gate access and a manager who lives onsite. We also want to make your move easier so we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks, moving carts for interior use and lifts. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally to save you time. Mainly a good facility all around and the cheapest prices at Extra Space in North OC, especially the upstairs units, I would prefer lighting inside the unit, cheery music inside the facility with a bathroom inside the gate, like Extra Space HB-Warner, but I guess you get what you pay for! Good service, friendly staff, clean & secure inside units and the ES facility. Thank you for an enjoyable storage experience this year!

This facility has fair prices and is close to my home, is the only reason I used it. This place has poor maintainence. Storage rooms are not very clean.

This is my first experience with a storage facility and I am very impressed with the ease of accessing my unit. I appreciate the ease of using the access elevators, but only wish there were additional ones towards the center of each building, since my unit is right in the center I have to travel to each end.

I_save_Everything - Hawaiian Gardens, CA

Been a customer here for over 10 years, moved up to a larger unit 3 times. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The people are very friendly and make you feel at home. I now have 600 sq.ft., inside and upstairs. Never had a problem with access or the elevator. Just got a flyer for another storage company down the street. I checked out their web page and found that their access time is very restricted (7pm instead of 10pm that I now have) and their prices were over double what I pay at ExtraSpace. I'm staying here!
