We are conveniently situated off of Interstate 74, close to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the Lucas Oil Speedway. Our facility has 660 self-storage units ranging from locker size to 10’x 30’, some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your storage needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, secured gates and a manager who lives onsite. Our extended gate hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., allow you to access your belongings when you need them. As part of the community, many of our customers in this residential city enjoy sports including watching the Indianapolis Pacers and Colts as well as attending the Indianapolis 500 (Indy 500) and the Brickyard Race at the nearby Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Many residents also enjoy recreating at Eagle Creek reservoir and dining at Rick’s Café Boatyard, famous for crab cakes and less than a mile from us on Dandy Trail. We’re also close to Indiana University at Purdue and Butler University and many professors and students choose to store with us either long-term or while in transition. We have successfully served the communities of West Side, Clermont, Island Club Apartments, Eagle Creek Apartments and Indianapolis since 2008. The security is great. I feel no worries about my belongings at this storage facility. Customer service is very helpful. The only complaint I have is about the gate hours. The latest time to get in the gate is at 10pm. I work evening hours; a hassle and inconvenient.

Since I rented at this facility before, I was well aware of the service I would receive from this staff. I was moving back to the Indianapolis area and I realized I would need to store some things while I was actually moving, I was able to contact the manager there during my move and arrange to have a unit held for me. So during a stressfull move, arranging storage was really simple
