Representative very helpful. Unfortunately, there were no units available in the size I requested. Representative took time to search other storage facilities . They were too far in distance. I will be given a call if something becomes available. Just a bit disappointed in the prices, which have gone up due to high demand.

I've been going through a bit of a rough time and Nicole was beyond exceptional! Nicole was extremely polite and professional and just more than accommodating, she was very empathetic. While she understood my position, she told me straight up I'm not sure what I can do and came back and surprised me! She exceeded my expectations and managed to work with me and get my situation back in a manageable state for me.i am very grateful to her and also to Gary for his stories and sense of humor! 5 stars hands down!
