We started out with a 5 by 12 ,went to storage to unload and seen it wasn't bug enough called told them our problem and they were right on it got us a bigger one in just a few minutes and guess what. EVERYTHING FIT !!! LOL. THANK YOU TO STORAGE EXPRESS for being so kind and helping us out fast. I rate them a 5 plus

Great resource to have nearby! I could get just the size 'extra' space I needed for however long I needed it and got in that day! Spaces are clean. Lots of size and accessibility options including temp controlled if you need it. I do wish there was 24 hours access for us night owls tho.

I contacted Storage Express by phone. the rep was polite knowledgeable and helpful. I was offered a special if signed up same day. I explained my circumstances and asked to be called 3Rd of next month. the representative called as requested. A unit was available , I was given a good rate and now have storage unit.
