Kasha provided excellent service! After calling several local storage places, my husband and I ended up at Extra Space Storage who I’ve used in the past. This time my experience was excellent from the beginning when speaking to the customer service rep on the phone. When I got to the location Kasha in the office was a pleasure to work with. She was professional, answered all of our questions and even sold us a larger unit lol. We were very pleased with the service she provided and would recommend Extra Storage to anyone.
