Very clean facility. I was not worried about any of my belongings while being stored there good lighting and they provided easy access to my space. I felt safe going alone and management always provided gentle reminders, and was understanding.

Have rented a unit for a few months. The few interactions I've had with staff have been sincerely friendly & very helpful. The layout/structure of the inside unit I chose allows me confidence that my items are safe/dry. So far, so good. Am glad to have sprung for their lock - saved a trip to go get different style from the ones I brought along. Including a picture or name of the type used *in the listings* might be a nice touch.
