I was very pleased with the customer service I received with Extra Space Storage. First, I spoke to Cameron to secure a unit for the summer for my daughter’s college items. He was very helpful and pleasant and it was a simple, painless process. But then, within minutes after, the local manager from the storage facility, Mark, followed up with me to confirm details and introduce himself. I thought that was very nice.
