Fairfax Self Storage at 2944 Prosperity Ave

Monique, at the Fairfax, VA facility, has been extremely helpful and patient with me during the last week. I have been hospitalized recently and speaking with her several times put my mind at ease. I was concerned about getting my payment to her since I had nothing at the hospital with me. She was very understanding while patiently explaining the options available to me. Thank you Monique.

Today was my first time visiting Extra Space to get a unit for our company. Upon arrival to the moment I left after completing my tour and contract, Monique was amazing. She was super informative, kind, and provided above excellent service. Thank you!

Getting into the unit was easy at the beginning. It had a set price for the first year at $240/mo for a 10x10 air-conditioned unit inside the building on the first floor. After that year ended, I tried to get on a contract for another year and they said they did not do contracts anymore. The price increased almost every month. I stayed two more years because I was living in an apartment and had no where to put anything. I just moved into a house and finally moved everything out today. My last payment was $362/mo for the same 10x10 I started in at $240/mo. I know everything is expensive nowadays, but it just seemed like a lot, and I don't understand why they don't do contracts anymore. They also changed the gate hours, which made it difficult to get into my unit around my work hours. The staff was very nice, the storage area was secure, and the dock area was always clean with working doors.

Gustavo was an amazing person that showed us all the units that we wanted to see and was extremely down to earth on checking each of the units for us. Great experience and happily reserved a storage room.

it was a very positive experience we had of visiting Extra Space to check the facility. Dominique was very accommodating, plaisant and patient when she guided me on line to fill out and change the contract. Her professionalism is well noted. I also met and dealt with Kelly and dealt with him on line. He was also professional, plaisant and responsive to all questions asked. All in all they make a good team.

I dealt with Monique on the phone and when I got to the storage facility. What an absolute pleasure to deal with somebody who is so knowledgeable and pleasant! She is the type of person that if you own your own business, you want her to work for you Again, Monique is very professional, very helpful and very nice

Monique,is a great asset to extra space storage she always goes out of her way to do more f or the customers and always has all the answers I enjoyed having my storage here and a he has made the difference from the rest .thank you Cyle Shapiro
