I very rarely do reviews. Only when they're completely incompetent or when they're superb. Fortunately for ExtraSpace you hired one of the sharpest and personable managers when you hired Teri. I'm sure you know that already and are treating her like a queen. I know because I'm inveterate traveler and I've used public storage and U-Haul several times and I tell you this is my fourth experience in a row with ExtraSpace and I know I'm in good hands. I've been to two other locations and both of them were very good as well but when I'm in Los Angeles I go out of my way to use this location. Terry and her staff are the reason.

Extra Space on Cloverfield is absolutely phenomenal—12/10! The staff is wonderful, especially Teri and David, who both deserve a special shoutout. They are incredibly supportive and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any needs. The security here is top of the line, and I always feel safe coming in, leaving my stuff, and going out. I’m not one to usually give reviews (especially for a storage place) but Terri and everyone at Extra Space Storage on Cloverfield manage/operate such an incredible facility that I had to finally say something. Bottom line, I’ve been a customer for many years and they continue to over-deliver on everything — from cleanliness (absolutely spotless), hours open to customer service, price, etc. I go out of my way to continue to rent a space here (there are closer places for me) but they are just easy, secure and the best. Kudos to everyone there. I very much appreciate all the effort.

I wish I could give this location more than 5 stars! Pristine and super clean, you can tell it is well cared for. Terri is an incredible manager and I credit her with how nice this storage location is. You will not find a cleaner friendlier storage place in LA! Highly recommend!
