5 stars strictly because of Roxanne. My daughter, cousin (aunty) and myself entered that facility about 20 minutes before closing time. We were immediately met with great energy! I explained what we needed. Roxanne showed us 3 different units on various floors. That day I left my home planning to view 2 storage facilities, but after our experience with Roxanne i didn’t want to view another and we decided to rent. She was beyond efficient and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with how quickly she got everything done (yet we never felt rushed)! The facility was very clean and well lit, and Roxanne was the best!

Excellent location with plenty of parking. Two levels each with door access. Roxy was so nice had everything prepared when we arrived. As a first time user of a storage unit, she made the experience easy.

The staff is courteous and professional! The answered all of my questions thoroughly and clarified anything I was unsure of! The property and office are super clean and the grounds are well maintained!! Best of all I got a very good rate on my unit!
