6/10/2024 Updated—-I have been renting a storage unit from Extra Space Storage in Tempe, AZ., for years. In fact we rent space on the East Coast also. (And my next post will be to praise their hard work also). I would like to take time to thank Emily, the Mgr, who I find to be outstandingly helpful, warm and professional…and a real “ breath of fresh air.” She has been so patient and kind to our volunteers who work for the non-profit and must come in and out of our unit on regular basis. I have been recuperating from a car accident and she always inquires as to my well-being. She is outgoing and takes her customers seriously and genuinely cares for the property, and it shows, in her “can do” attitude. Emily treats people with such profound thoughtfulness and respect and it sets the tone for a peaceful atmosphere amidst a popular shopping area. It is clear by the way other renters often drive up and are excited to be greeted by her, that they feel the same way too. The property is well maintained, feels safe, and I can only say, “Thank You Extra Space for hiring such a sharp and friendly Manager.” Rev. L. West

I cannot remember the younger gals name that was at the desk when we checked in but she was SO friendly and beyond helpful. The storage unit was all ready to go and the whole building was extremely clean. I wish I could give this location more than 5 stars. We just needed a place to store my daughter’s stuff for the summer when she came home from college, and I’m so glad we chose to rent from this Extra Storage. We will definitely be using them in the future for all our storage needs!
