Love this facility! It's safe, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I had a problem I needed help with, and Andrew was wonderful to get it worked out for me. I'll never use another storage facility!

Man, I can remember like it was yesterday. I was freshly divorced, bought a new Subaru Outback (that apparently is a station wagon and not an SUV) and I was towing a trailer to another journey. But, first, I had to put all my personal belongings in storage and I checked a few spots. It was not cheap. But, I was lucky enough to find my guy Andrew D. at this spot and he's been super helpful! I've been with these guys for 4 years. My longest steady relationship since the divorce. But jokes aside, my man Andrew D. has been a super cool dude to work with and he's one of the good guys. Even with the price increases over the years, they have been kind enough to work with me when my finances were not stellar. Solid shop and you should move all your stuff in today and tell all your peeps to drop by and see Andrew D.

Awesome customer service!! Was trying to make a payment through the app, but it was not working. So I called the facility to make a payment and Andrew was AMAZING! Storage facility is well kept and maintained. Carts are available at the entrances for your convenience. Staff is very polite and helpful. My only concern is that in a year and a half that I rented with Extra Space my rent was raised 3 times. For a 5x10 with last raise I was paying $130. It's a little pricey. I had to move out.

Both staff members Brandon and Andrew go above and beyond their duties. Brandon was outside cleaning units with his supply caddy in the snow Monday morning. And Andrew offered to help me get in my unit as I have an injured hand. Both employees deserve recognition cuz they are always efficient polite respectful and a joy to encounter. Obviously they take pride in their work. Thanks guys.
