Celebrating CX Day: Announcing our September Customer Care Awards

Every first Tuesday of October, we take a moment to appreciate those who have a gift for providing exceptional customer experiences. It’s a day where the CX community raises a toast to companies and professionals who go above and beyond to put the customer first.

At Extra Space Storage, this celebration is not just an annual event. We take pride in recognizing exceptional customer service each month through our Customer Care Award. This September, as we celebrate Customer Experience Day, we’re highlighting five standout individuals—representing our three operational regions in the U.S. and two from our National Solutions center.

She keeps the place running well, with lots of people coming and going, complex codes, and kindness all in one! Surprising as it might be, I actually like going there. It is calming and soothing.
