Extra Space Storage is excited to open a new Los Angeles, CA facility in partnership with 5555 Holdings, Inc. This site is located just north of the Los Angeles International Airport on Manchester Ave, in the Westchester neighborhood. Its electric features light up the skyline and can be seen upon approach when flying into LAX.
“The building can be seen from the sky as planes descend on Los Angeles International Airport,” Extra Space Storage District Manager Kim Wetzel described. “This has been my favorite new store opening and I am grateful to everyone who has had a hand in it. We look forward to serving the community of Los Angeles.”
In addition to having a basement with climate-controlled storage, this property rises a total of seven stories into the LA skyline. The property spans around 70,631 square feet and contains 937 self storage units. A cutting-edge security system and drive-in access for loading and unloading add to the safety and convenience of renting storage at this facility.
“New development sites are always fun and exciting to open,” continued Wetzel. “It has been a pleasure to work with the owner, Daniel Khakshouri.”
This is Extra Space Storage’s first partnership with Khakshouri of 5555 Holdings, Inc., a third-party partner, and 5555 Holdings’ first self storage property.
